PARKING
For supporters who plan to drive to the game on Friday night, please be advised that the Black Ash Park and Ride will be open and parking will cost €3 for match traffic.  The facility will remain open until 10.15pm on the night.  We ask that you respect the local community, including residents and businesses by not obstructing entrances and exits and by parking legally at all times.

ENTRY TO THE GROUND
The gates will be opened at 6pm, sp please plan to arrive at the ground in good time to allow you time to get through the scanning points and get to your appointed seat/terrace.
If you are getting a lift to the match, please arrange a drop off and collection point away from the Dolphin and Sunday’s Well entrances in order to avoid congestion before the game. 

There is a new layout for the movement of people inside the grounds at the Dolphin end so please follow the instructions of the stewards.  This new layout is designed to avoid congestion at the North West corner of the ground.  Entrances to the Stand, West Touchline seating and West Terrace will be accessed by following the path behind the Dolphin clubhouse.  Ticket holders for the North and East Terraces will be asked to follow the path in front of the Dolphin clubhouse. 

Those entering at the Sunday’s Well end are asked to walk outside the stadium bowl to get to their terrace/seat.      
We would ask that you follow the instructions of the stewards at all times and we thank you in advance for your co-operation.

PROGRAMMES
The official match programme will be available for sale inside the grounds at the Programme Stands inside the Dolphin gate and the Sunday’s Well gate.  The official match programme costs €4 and will be available while stocks last.

MINUTE SILENCE
There will be a minute silence observed before kick off in memory of the late David Noble (McScrum) who passed away earlier this week.

PROMOTIONS
You can have your say in the Toyota Munster Man of the Match competition at the game.  Full details of how to enter are contained in the match programme and listen out for the announcements giving you directions, Toyota have kindly sponsored a €100 voucher from Brown Thomas for one of the people who texts for the eventual winner of the Toyota Munster Man of the Match, with the winner of the voucher chosen at random from the votes received. 

Magners will also be running a “Time of the First Try” competition, with full details provided on the fliers handed out inside the ground.

Munster’s Play To Win – this week’s prize includes 2 Heineken Cup Pool Tickets for Munster v Llanelli Scarlets in Thomond Park on Dec. 16th.  Look out for the “Play To Win” girls selling the entry cards within the grounds. 

ENTERTAINMENT
For younger fans, the Lucozade Try Score unit will be up and running on the back pitch behind the North Terrace before the game.  Munster Brass will be back to entertain supporters in their own unique way, with the Munster Rugby Supporters Club forming a guard of honour for the Munster team as they run out onto the pitch.  At half time, the U10 teams of Bandon and Tralee will play eachother as part of each clubs’ 125th anniversary celebrations.  The Munster Rugby Supporters Club will also be presenting first prize in their December Giant Draw.  You won’t miss any of the action on the field with our 31 sqm big screen at the Sunday’s Well end and keep an eye out for more goodies that will be handed out inside the ground before the game!
