Match Day Information – Munster v Gloucester

Join us on Saturday for the first game in the SEAT Series, with Munster taking on Gloucester in Thomond Park at 5pm.

Munster will wear the new adidas home jersey this Saturday in Thomond Park when they run out for the first game of the season led by Captain James Coughlan.

Tickets

Tickets are available to buy online here, from the Mobile Ticket Office at Hassett’s Cross today from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am.

Tickets are also available to purchase from the Ticket Office in Musgrave Park on Friday from 10am-4.30pm.

Please note that the West Stand will not be open for Saturday’s game – all available tickets are for the East Stand and East Terrace only. There will be free seating in the East Stand.

East Stand – €;15 Adult, €;7 Junior
East Terrace – €;12 Adult, €;5 Junior, Family Pack €;25 (2 Adults & 2 Junior)

Travel

The Park and Ride facility will be in operation from the following locations:
Kilmurry Lodge Hotel – starting at 3pm
Radisson Hotel – starting at 3.30pm
South Court Hotel – starting at 3pm

Supporters can pre-book their parking online for the Q-Park at Harvey’s Quay online at www.q-park.ie

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.

Event Information

As you arrive in Thomond Park, check out the SEAT Leon Sports Coupé FR on display outside the East Stand, and you can enter a competition to win this stunning car for one month.

Keep an eye out also for six lucky Munster supporters who are joining the backroom team for the day in association with adidas and the launch of the new Munster home and alternate jersey.

The winners are Matthew Keating (Kit Man), Paul Poyntz (Kicking & Warm Up Assistant), Christopher Price (Stadium Announcer), David Geoghegan (Social Media Reporter), Francis Hartnett (Press Officer) and Jean O’Reilly (Match Ball Presenter).

Half-Time – We look forward to welcoming the U11s from East Clare Eagles and Thurles RFC.

Stadium Information

The Dug Out Bar will be open from 3pm, and all internal bars and food outlets in the East Stand will be open from 3pm also.

Match programmes will be on sale inside and outside the stadium costing just €;2.""

The Museum is open on match day until 30 mins before kick off, admission only €;3.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

Weather in Limerick
Some afternoon showers, sunny spells with temperatures from 16-19 degrees.

This game will not be televised.
