Peter Malone's side overcame Stirling thanks to tries from Ronan O'Mahony, Johnny Holland, CJ Stander, Darren Sweetnam and Gerhard van den Heever.
Munster A will now face Leinster A away in the quarter-finals on the first weekend of April.
They are back in action next Friday with a trip to the Sportsgrounds to face Connacht Eagles at 2:30pm.
