Munster Rugby And Gilbert Rugby Extend Partnership

Munster Rugby has extended its partnership with Gilbert Rugby for a further 3 seasons. Expanding its breadth of support for the game in Munster, Gilbert have now added rugby equipment supply to its designation as the Official and Exclusive Ball Supplier and Licensee of Munster Rugby.

With the relationship now stretching to over 10 years, Gilbert have recently created the online Gilbert Munster Store www.gilbertmunsterstore.eu which gives clubs, colleges and schools in Munster access to Gilbert Rugby products at competitive pricing.

As the World’s leading rugby ball, Gilbert Rugby balls and equipment will continue to be used by players at all levels of the game from those starting their rugby journey at school to members of the Munster and Ireland rugby teams. The new agreement will see Gilbert supply a plethora of balls and equipment to the club for direct use in community and development programmes across Munster, assisting with the growth of rugby in the ""area.

Munster Rugby CEO Garrett Fitzgerald said: “Munster are delighted to renew our association with Gilbert Rugby for a further three years. Gilbert have long been recognised as the industry leaders in the production of rugby equipment and we were keen to ensure that we can share in their expertise as we plan for the seasons ahead on the pitch.
