Munster second row Dave Foley takes a few minutes to reflect on what has been a progressive year in his rugby career.
Since making his long awaited Heineken Cup debut last January, impressive form throughout 2014 in the red of Munster saw Foley feature for Emerging Ireland in their successful 2014 Nations Cup and win his first two Irish caps – against Georgia and Australia respectively in the Guinness November Series.
