Munster U21s shook off last weeks defeat by Connacht to overcome Leinster in Donnybrook by 28 points to 14.
Munster U21s shook off last weeks defeat by Connacht to overcome Leinster in Donnybrook (Friday 13/09) by 28 points to 14.
At half-time it was not looking too promising for the Munster lads as they trailed by 8 points with the score at 14-6. Barry Keeshan providing Munsters 6 points with two penalties. But it was the second half that really turned the game in Munster’s favour as they managed to put 22 points up on the scoreboard. Converted tries from Vincent Soden, Richard Lane and a penalty try for Munster along with a drop goal from Barry Keeshan, left the Final score Munster 28 Leinster 14.
