Munsters team for Saturdays vital clash with Ulster shows only two enforced changes from the side that accounted for Leinster in the last round of the IWRFU Interprovincial Championship.

Rachel Tucker sustained a calf injury in last weeks AIL has been rplaced on the wing by the promising Clare O’Leary of UL Bohs and Edel Coen drops from the bench under doctors orders. The strength in depth of the Munster squad is shown in the calibre of the players who have stepped up to the substitutes bench, Jean Lonergan and SaraJane Belton, both stars of Irelands Worl Cup campaign in May who have been overseas since.

Staurdays clash has a massive bearing on the outcome of this year Championship with Ulster keen for revenge following their opening round defeat and knowing that they need to win to have any chance of wresting back the title. For Munster , a win will mean that another victory from the final two game will mean the title is theirs.

Amanda Greensmith, Clare O’Leary, Jennifer O’Leary, Patrique Kelly (Vice Capt), Lynn Cantwell, Vivian Boland, Louise Beamish, Joy Neville, Fiona Steed (Capt.), Monica Dunn, Aisling O’Brien, Rosie Foley, Rosemary Brown, Elaine Collins, Olivia Brown.

Replacements: Jean Lonergan, Regina O’Reilly, Maeve Quirke, Wendy Keenan, Eilis Cowhey, Alison Donnelly, Sara Jane Belton.
