Munster Entitled to 25% of all ticket categories

Munster Chief Executive Garrett Fitzgerald has responded to the statement released by Leicester which stated that the HC quarter final will be in welford road and Munster will only receive 1000 ticket
In responnse to the statement released by the Leicester Tigers on Tuesday, Munster Chief Executive Garrett Fitzgerald has said Munster have written to Leicester Tiger informing them that they will be taking up their full entitlement of 25% of all ticket categories.
Official Response by Garrett Fitzgerald:
“We have had no official communication from Leicester Tigers or ERC Ltd with regard to the venue for our Heineken Cup quarter final tie. However, we understand that the official Leicester website states that the game will be held in Welford Road.
We further understand that Leicester have indicated they will allocate 1000 tickets for Munster supporters. The Heineken Cup Participation Agreement signed by all participants, entitles the visiting team to 25% of all ticket categories and Munster have written to Leicester Tiger informing them that they will be taking up their full entitlement as per the said agreement.”
Leicester Statement from Tuesday:
Following the normal monthly board meeting of Leicester Football Club plc, chairman Peter Tom issued the following statement regarding the forthcoming Heineken Cup quarter final.
“We can confirm that the Heineken Cup quarter final between Leicester Tigers and Munster will take place at Welford Road on Sunday April 13 at 4pm.” “Our season ticket holders and members have until February 21 to apply for their tickets and they will be guaranteed priority until this deadline.” ” Munster will receive an initial allocation of 1,000 tickets and we will review the situation as soon as the requirements of our members and European Rugby Cup Ltd become clear.”
