Michael Bradley to Replace Steph Nel at Connacht

After three years as Director of Coaching for Connacht, Steph Nel is to return to his native South Africa. Michael Bradley has been appointed as the new Provincial Director of Coaching for Connacht.

After three years as Director of Coaching for Connacht, Steph Nel is to return to his native South Africa. Steph is to pursue his rugby interests within his native country where he plans to get married later in the year.

The IRFU wish to thank Steph for the major contribution he has made in the development of rugby within Connacht and the success he has had with the Connacht professional team.

The IRFU are delighted to announce Michael Bradley has been appointed as the new Provincial Director of Coaching for Connacht. Michael is currently staff coach within the IRFU framework operating with the Irish U21 side, the Coach Development Process and the Elite Player Development Programmes.

The IRFU wish Michael continued success with his new position.
