At 24 years of age Donnacha O’Callaghan has played at every international level from Schools to senior & is most people’s choice to fill one of the lock positions in the RWC squad.

At 24 years of age Donnacha O’Callaghan has played at every international level from Schools to senior and is most people’s choice to fill one of the lock positions in the RWC squad that will be announced on Sunday.

Perhaps his greatest performance to date at senior level was in Welford Road last season when alongside Paul O’Connell he tamed the mighty Martin Jonhnson to help Munster record another in a long line of famous victories.

Worst job I ever had: Working for my brother Emmet, 8 till 5.30, Monday to Saturday and getting paid peanuts.

Biggest influence on rugby career: My family, particularly my brothers Ultan and Eddie

Rugby player I admire most: Martin Johnson and Paul O Connell

Other sportsperson I admire most: Roy Keane. Lance Armstrong, Steve Redgrave

Other than Munster the side I would like to have played for: Baba s or Young Munster.

Favourite soccer team: Liverpool, Celtic Cork City

One rule change to make rugby more attractive: Introduce Lady referees with tight tops and short skirts. More than 5 points for a try.

What Career would you have chosen other than rugby? Would have worked for my brother Emmet as a plasterer.

Career when rugby career is complete: Work in a Video Shop (get loads of free movies, popcorn etc)

That s an easy one. I would have to go with Gaffer, he has a smaller bum than J Lo and I’d say he’d be much better craic.
