David Wallace will miss Munster’s Heineken Cup semi-final against London Wasps on Sunday following medical advice due to a bout of chicken pox.
It was thought that Wallace would improve in time for the weekend but took a turn for the worst on Friday night and will not be available for Sunday.
It is believed that either Eddie Halvey or former Ireland Under 21 Stephen Keogh will replace Wallace for Munster’s Heineken Cup Semi Final clash with London Wasps.
