The score line does not do justice to the Tipperary side who trailed 25-17 entering the final ten minutes, but two injury time converted tries gave the Well a flattering score line. Holder s Shannon got some revenge for last week s AIL defeat when they defeated Garryowen 21-0 at Dooradoyle to reach the final of the Munster Club League against U.L. Bohemian in two weeks time.

Cork Constitution and Highfield will contest this season s Cork Charity Cup Final. The holder s booked their final spot with a 22-13 win over Clonakilty at Temple Hill, while Highfield had a 29-8 win over Midleton at the Towns Park.

Ennis advanced to the quarter-finals of the Heineken Munster Clubs Challenge Cup with a 26-3 win over neighbours St. Senan s. Abbeyfeale won their bottom of the table clash against St. Mary s in the Junior League 13-12.

Cork Constitution maintained their unbeaten run in the Munster Seconds League with a 19-18 win over Thomond at Fitzgerald Park. In Division Two Clonakilty defeated Midleton 12-6.

Corinthians and U.L. Bohemian shared the spoils in the Under 20 South Western Conference Division One tie, when they finished level 20-20 at Corinthian Park.
