And on the Planet Rugby website, Serge Blanco, President of the Ligue Nationale de Rugby which organises professional rugby in France is quoted as having said, “This is a dream come true – to play in a great stadium in the Basque country. I am sure that the team will bring honour to its name and its colours.”

However, a Munster spokesman was warned that they have received no offiicial confirmation of the match venue and are urging people to wait until the venue is officially confirmed before any travel arrangements are made.
