An MRI scan this morning has showed that the damage to Christian Cullen’s shoulder was in fact a ligament tear which will rule him out of action for 4-6 months.

Munster have until Thursday March 10th to announce the additions to their squad for the Heineken Cup knock out stages and this news of Cullen will force them to revisit their decision as to who those players will be.
