Head Coach – Munster Women s Interprovincial Squad

The Munster Women s Committee of the Irish Women s Rugby Football Union in association with the Munster Branch IRFU is seeking an experienced and innovative individual for the position of Head Coach, Munster Women s Interprovincial Squad.

Reporting to the Chairperson of the MWC, the Coach will operate within the guidelines and the budget of the MWC that is committed to on-field success and the overall promotion of the game.

The Coach will provide leadership and vision to ensure that Munster Women s Rugby continues at the leading edge of Irish Women s Rugby and to generally improve the quality of women s rugby in the Province

The Coach will be responsible for planning and implementing development, training, preparation and team selection for Interprovincial games and other fixtures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this challenging role.

A minimum 3 years coaching experience and attendance at IRFU Level 2 Coaching Course would be a necessary requirement.
