RESULTS weekend 30th October

Munster sides to the fore in all three Divisions of the AIL, as Clanwilliam and Youghal move closer to play off places in the Munster Junior League

No change at the top of the First Division of the AIL as Shannon, Cork Constitution and Garryowen won and UL Bohemian were held to a draw by Blackrock.

In Division Two, U.C.C. won the Cork derby, while honours were even at Fitzgerald Park, after Thomond and Young Munster played out a 12-12 draw. Dolphin and Midleton continued their challenge with victories.

Three Munster sides dominate the top three positions in Division Three, with Bruff having a point lead over Clonakilty and Nenagh Ormond.

In the Heineken Junior League, Clanwilliam and Youghal are now looking favourites to emerge from their sections as winners while nest week s meeting between Cobh Pirates and Thurles could have a big bearing on the other section.

The two big games in the Third Division were called off just before the kick off by the referees due to torrential rain.
