Munster coach Declan Kidney will delay naming his starting XV and bench until tomorrow (Friday), opting instead for a 26 strong squad ahead of the Celtic League clash with Ulster (Musgrave Park).

Munster coach Declan Kidney will delay naming his starting XV and bench until tomorrow (Friday),opting instead for a 26 strong squad ahead of the Celtic League clash with Ulster (Musgrave Park).

Other than the well documented absentees through injury, Kidney will have a full-strength squad to chose from with those involved in the recent internationals all included in the squad.

The squad trained yesterday in Thomond Park and enjoyed the company of former coach Alan Gaffney who watched with interest as Kidney, JimWilliams, Brian Hickey and Graham Steadman put their charges through their paces.

Also togged out yesterday was Mike Mullins who in the company of Paul Devlin, occupied himself with light training supervised by Fergal O’Callaghan.

Like Kidney,Ulster coach Mark McCall, has yet to finalise his starting line-up.
