IRFU Rugby Summer Camp Staff

The Ulster Bank IRFU Rugby Summer Camp Summer Scrummage Programme was launched in 2005 with the aim of bringing more young people into contact with rugby in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The emphasis of the programme is on fun and learning, ensuring that every child that takes part gets the chance to develop their own rugby skills.
The IRFU wish to accept applications for the following positions:
Camp Managers
Senior Camp Officers
Junior Camp Officers
The role of the Camp Manager, Senior Camp Officer and Junior Camp Officer, Munster is a fixed-term position for a period of approximately eight (8) weeks during the summer of 2006. The main responsibilities of the roles will be to provide management/coaching support to the National Rugby Camp Manager and the Provincial Rugby Camp Administrator, Munster, along with the management/coaching of the Provincial Rugby Camp for 2006.
The ideal candidates will be required to hold an IRFU Mini/Foundation Rugby Coaching Accreditation and will have experience of working within a sporting/rugby environment. Excellent organisation, communication and term working skills are also essential for these roles.
Candidates must also be able and willing to travel to various camps throughout the province.
