Leamy At Number 8 For Munster
13th January 2007 By Munster Rugby
Munster have finalised their starting XV for the game against Bourgoin today with Denis Leamy set to wear the number 8 jersey and Anthony Foley named among the replacements.
There was a doubt over Leamy who had been forced to cry off the Munster side because of stomach illness, for the trip to Wales and the game against Newport-Gwent Dragons last weekend. Leamy however has regained full fitness and gets the nod over Foley who only returned to the Munster side for the first time since mid-October in that game against The Dragons.
Munster arrived in Geneva yesterday lunchtime and went to their team hotel before making the short trip to the Stade Geneve where today’s game will be played.
