Quinlan and O’Connell take full part.

Quinlan and O’Connell take full part.

With the game against Ulster falling foul of the weather Munster re-organised themselves and held a full training session today in Charleville Rugby Club.

Paul O’Connell, who played with Young Munster yesterday in the AIB Cup, took a full part in the session as did Alan Quinlan with both players reported to have come through a 90 minute session that  included a full contact 20/25 minute match unscathed.

“It was a really good session, ” said coach Declan Kidney, ” the lads worked extremely well and I would have to make special mention of those who turned up having played with their clubs the previous day.”

Munster’s next squad session is on Wednesday in Limerick and they fly out to France early on Saturday morning from Shannon.
