Ryan Starts for Ireland A

The Ireland A team was announced today with one notable change from the side that was named to play the England Saxons last Friday, with Munster’s Donnacha Ryan coming in as blindside flanker.

The Ireland A team face Scotland A in the RDS this Friday evening at 7.30pm in what will be their first outing of the 6 Nations after last Friday’s game against the England Saxons was cancelled at the last minute.

Donnacha Ryan moves from the replacements into the number 6 slot replacing Neil Best from last week’s starting XV.

Munster’s only other representation is Barry Murphy who is named on the replacements.
