Come to the ground early and join in the pre match build up! The East Stand’s “Dug Out” will be open from 4.30pm with the ever popular “Amadáns & Bodhráns” providing entertainment before and after the game.
Match programmes will be on sale for €;5 from booths inside and outside the Stadium.
This Saturday you will be greeted at the stadium by the Munster Massive Heads, Celtic Warriors on stilts and Murty. Also keep an eye out for the Munster View video crew around the stadium who will be looking for supporters to shout their support for the team – Don’t be shy!
On the pitch, the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir, which has grown in numbers to well over 40 singers, will be leading the pre match entertainment, to be joined by the internationally renowned Celtic Tenors for some truly passionate performances of some of Munster’s favourite songs.
There will also be a special tribute made to a very fitting recipient – Mr. Pete St. John- the man who wrote “The Fields of Athenry”. Pete is attending the game as a guest of Munster Rugby and he is looking forward to witnessing the Munster fans singing his song.
The powerful Arcana drummers will once again perform on the pitch, in their own unique Celtic rock style, with members of the Munster Rugby Supporters Club forming a guard of honour for the two teams as they take to the field.
Make sure to show your support for the U10 teams from St. Senan’s RFC (Co. Clare) and Castleisland RFC (Co. Kerry) who will take part in the half time Mini Rugby Display on the pitch.
