As one of the returning internationals Flannery recognises the extra responsibility on the guys coming back in to keep the momentum going.
It was business as usual for the Munster squad throughout the 6 Nations as they secured three Magners League wins without their full international contingency.
The lads have come back now on a high and the morale is good within the squad, but more so than ever players know they need to perform at their best with the competition for places so strong.
