Travelling to Thomond – Munster v Northampton

Please find relevant travel and ticket information here for Munster’s Heineken Cup clash against Northampton Saints in Thomond Park on Friday 22nd January, ko 8pm.

Please arrive early and allow sufficient time for your journey.  Gates open 2 hours before kick-off at 6pm.

Tickets

There will be no tickets available for sale on the night.

Season Ticket Book Holders: Please take note of the required ticket – Green Northampton Heineken Cup

Please check your tickets for the details of the turnstiles (T1 – T12). Your ticket will only be accepted in the turnstiles identified on your ticket.   View a plan of Thomond Park here.

Ticket Collections: The Thomond Park ticket office will be open from 10am – 4pm, and will be open for collections from 6pm to kick-off.   

Travel by Train

Iarnrod Eireann are providing a return service to Charleville, Mallow and Cork from Limerick after the Heineken Cup match against Northampton on Friday 22nd January.

Supporters from Cork can travel to Limerick on the 13.30, 14.30, 15.30, 16.30 or 17.30 trains.

The return service leaves Limerick at 23.15hrs. Early Booking is advised.  Visit the Irish Rail site here.

Public Transport

The public bus service operates from the City Centre direct to Thomond Park Stadium with collection from outside Dunnes Stores, Henry St., starting from 5.30pm.
