Munster Stinging From Killer Bs ?
24th March 2010 By Munster Rugby
Scotland’s surprise win over Ireland at Croke Park last weekend has given one of their ‘Killer Bs’ a thirst for further good times in Ireland.
Try scorer in Croke Park, John Beattie is expected to be named in the Warriors squad when it’s announced later today and there is the distinct possibilty that Munster may face a quasi Scotland team in Thomond Park on Friday.
“I definitely want to play against Munster, but of course it is up to Sean,” Beattie said yesterday in The Scotsman newspaper. “In fact I know all the Glasgow boys who figured in the RBS Six Nations campaign will be mad keen to be involved.”
Scotland’s Saturday XV included eight Glasgow players – Graeme Morrison, Max Evans, Dan Parks and Chris Cusiter in the back division and Johnnie Beattie, John Barclay, Kelly Brown and Alastair Kellock up front – while Richie Gray was on the bench.
