Three Peaks Challenge for Timberland and Munster Rugby

Timberland and Munster Rugby are delighted to announce the Timberland/Munster Rugby 3 Peaks Challenge in aid of Enable Ireland taking place on Sunday August 29th.

The challenge was officially launched this week by Munster Rugby players Denis Leamy, Lifeimi Mafi and Ian Nagle at the Timberland store in Cork, in support of their Munster staff colleagues taking part in the challenge which include Munster Rugby Manager Shaun Payne, Domestic Rugby Manager Ultan O'Callaghan and Sales & Marketing Manager Glyn Billinghurst.

The teams from Timberland and Munster Rugby will put their levels of endurance to the test by attempting to reach the summit of the highest peaks in Kerry, Tipperary and Cork in 24 hours.  The peaks include Carrantuohill (Kerry), Galteemore (Tipperary) and Knockboy (Cork).

Timberland have agreed to augment fundraising targets for each team through shopping events in Timberland stores in Cork, Limerick, Dublin (Dundrum and South Anne Street) and Belfast on August 28th and 29th when a percentage from daily turnover will be donated to Enable Ireland.

Munster Rugby will also hold a special collection for Enable Ireland at their pre-season game v  Gloucester at Musgrave Park on Friday August 27th.

The Enable Ireland charity is a very worthy cause and we would very much appreciate your support in helping to raise funds for this charity. To sponsor the Munster and Timberland teams in their 24 hour challenge in aid of Enable Ireland please click here.
