Anthony Foley’s Munster side recorded a 47-14 victory away to Melrose on Saturday afternoon, running in seven tries and claiming a vital bonus point win.
Munster tries came from Dave O'Callaghan, Ivan Dineen, Tom Gleeson, Danny Barnes, Peter Borlase and Kieran Essex, who touched down for the final two. Declan Cusack added six out of seven conversions.

Next weekend sees another double header with Munster playing round four of the Heineken Cup against Ospreys on Saturday and on Sunday the B&I Cup side are away to Bristol Rugby.
