Changes Aplenty For Trip To Italy

With international commitments and ten players unavailable through injury Munster name a much changed side for the game against Benetton Treviso in the Stadio Comunale di Monigo on Sunday.

Further disruption to their plans came last night when Peter Sringer was called up to the international squad which means that Duncan Williams will partner Paul Warwick at half back and Academy player Cathal Sheridan named on the bench.

Sheridan, plays his rugby with Ul Bohemians and last weekend scored a crucial try in his side's away win against Lansdowne.

Elsewhere there's a decided new look to the Munster formation with Simon Zebo on the left wing and Tom Gleeson in the centre while upfront the twin totems of Ian Nagle and Dave Foley form the second row just behind Darragh Hurley and Stephen Archer.

Munster: S Deasy; D Howlett, T Gleeson, L Mafi, S Zebo; P Warwick, D Williams; D Hurley, D Varley, S Archer; I Nagle, D Foley; B Holland, T O'Donnell, J Coughlan. Replacements: M Sherry, W du Preez, P Borlase, M O'Driscoll, D Ryan, C Sheridan, S Tuitupou, D Hurley.
