Munster Trail At The Break

After a blistering start in blistering temperatures Munster trail Brive 20-19 at half time in the Stade Municipal

Munster led 12-0 after early tries from Doug Howlett and Keith Earls before the home side came back into to lead 17-12 when Fabrice Estebanez scored a try in the 20th minute, converted by Mathieu Belie.

Earls then fashioned a marvellous break, after a threatening run from Gerhard Vosloo was sniffed out on Munster's 22, linking with Felix Jones who gave the scoring pass to Howlett.

However late in the half Belie added a penalty to give his side the lead.
