Munster in Front at Half Time in Thomond Park
6th May 2011 By Munster Rugby
A try from Alan Quinlan just before the break, converted by Ronan O’Gara has Munster leading Connacht 12-6.
It came at an opportune time as Munster trailed 6-5, having opened with a 6th minute Simon Zebo try but then pegged back when Ian Keatley landed two penalties, the second a massive effort from the half way.
Keatley's first effort after nine minutes struck the upright but Munster will play the second half into the Ballynanty end with a stiff breeze at their backs.
