Matchday Information – Magners League Semi Final

Find all relevant Thomond Park match day information here for Munster’s semi final clash against Ospreys on Saturday, ko 6.30pm.

Magners League Semi Final – Munster v Ospreys, Saturday 14th May, ko 6.30pm

Gates open 2 hours before kick-off at 4.30pm. Please arrive early and allow sufficient travel time for your journey.

Tickets
Tickets for the game are still available from the ticket office in Thomond Park Stadium, the Munster Rugby office Tramore Road in Cork, the Munster Rugby Stores in O'Connell St Limerick and Maylor St. Cork, from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide, via the hotline 0818 719 300 and online here.

Tickets for the game will be available to purchase at Thomond Park Stadium on Saturday from the Ticketmaster van by Hassett’s Cross from 4pm.

Ticket prices as follows:

Category A (Stand) – €;40
Category B (Stand) – €;30
Adult Terrace – €;20
Junior Terrace* – €;10
Family Terrace (2+2)* – €;40
Adult & Child Cat B* – €;40

* There are a limited number of Junior & Family packs available
 

Thomond Park Season ticket book holders – Please note your season ticket book does not include knock-out stages.

Please be in your seats/terrace at least 20 minutes before kick-off. Please check your tickets for the details of the turnstiles (T1-T12) as your ticket will only be accepted in the turnstiles identified on your ticket. View a plan of Thomond Park here.

Travel
The Park and Ride facility will be in operation from the following locations:
Kilmurry Lodge Hotel: Buses starting at 3.30pm

Radisson Hotel, Ennis Rd: Buses starting at 4.30pm

City East Plaza: Buses starting at 5.30pm

Maldron Hotel: Bus leaving at 5.30pm

Raheen Ryans Centra: Buses starting at 4pm

There is a public bus service in operation from outside the Dunnes Stores on Henry St. to Thomond Park starting at 4.30pm.

Pre-book your parking online for Q-Park Harvey’s Quay to guarantee a space on match days and to avail of reduced parking charges. There are three options – all day parking €;8, afternoon parking for €;5, or evening/overnight for only €;3. Customers can book online, and pay with Visa, Visa Debit or MasterCard at www.q-park.ie or www.thomondpark.ie

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.

Pre-Match
On the pitch entertainment features Cara O'Sullivan, the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir and Arcana.  Half-time entertainment will see Brian Kennedy make his Thomond Park debut as he performs the “The Fields of Athenry”.

The Dug-Out bar is open at 4.30pm with live entertainment and competitions. There are numerous bars and catering facilities in Thomond Park.

Remember to watch out for the “Magners League Face in the Crowd” – it could be you!

Match programmes will be on sale from booths inside and outside the stadium for €;4.

Stadium Information
Customers are not permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium at any point.

No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of ant soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
