Match Day Info – Thomond Park Double Header

Munster commence their Thomond Park season on Friday August 26th with a double header clash against Connacht A and London Irish. Get twice the action with the your match ticket and show your support on the day.

“A” Challenge Munster v Connacht, ko 4.15pm & Pre-season Munster v London Irish, ko 7pm, Friday 26th August.

Tickets
Tickets are still available for this game and can be bought online here, or from the ticket offices in Cork & Limerick. Tickets will be available to purchase on match day.

Ticket sales and collections will be available from the Ticket Office in the East Stand from 10am on Friday.

Ticket sales and MRSC collections will also be available from the Ticket cabin at the West Stand from 4pm.

There will be cash turnstiles at both sides of the ground selling both Stand and Terrace tickets.

Tickets will admit supporters to the earlier “A” game, ko 4.15pm, and supporters will be permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium for the London Irish game.

Access
East Terrace/North Terrace & South Terrace will enter via the Red Gate

East Stand will enter via Turnstile T2

West Terrace South will enter via Turnstile T7

West Stand will enter via Turnstile T8

West Terrace North & North Terrace will enter via Turnstile T10

All Hospitality guests will enter via the Main Reception in the East Stand.

North and South terrace ticket holders will be directed to the East and West terraces for this game.

Travel
The Park and Ride facility will be in operation from the following locations:

Kilmurry Lodge Hotel from 3.30pm
Radisson Hotel, Ennis Rd from 4.30pm
Maldron Hotel from 6.30pm
Raheen Ryans Centra from 5pm
New Service – Woodlands Hotel, Adare from 6pm

NB. Please note that City East Plaza service is no longer in operation.

There is a Public Bus Service in operation from outside the Dunnes Stores on Henry St. to Thomond Park starting at 3pm.

There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium.

Stadium Information
No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.

Match programmes will be on sale inside and outside the stadium for €;4.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.

There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
