Munster’s RaboDirect Starts in Murrayfield

Munster will open their 2012/2013 RaboDirect PRO12 campaign with a trip to Edinburgh on the weekend of Aug 31st.

The matches and the weekends of the RaboDirect PRO12 have been decided although the actual dates, nor in Munster's case, the venues, have been finalised but Munster's first home game comes in Round Two (weekend Sept 7th) against Benetton Treviso and the following weekend it is off to Ravenhill to play Ulster.

The eagerly anticipated clash with Leinster (Dublin) is on the weekend 5th October as a lead in to the opening round of Heineken Cup pool games and Munster's final October Rabo match is at home to Italian newcomers Zebre.

There will be a relatively normal Christmas/New Years for players and management with Ulster scheduled to visit on the weekend commencing December 28th and Munster home again in the weekend of January 4th to Cardiff Blues.
