Maximuscle Sign Up With Munster Rugby

Europe’s leading sports nutrition brand, Maximuscle, today announced a 2 year sponsorship deal with Munster Rugby.

The Hemel Hempstead-based company, which is part of the GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) owned Maxinutrition group, will provide the Munster Rugby squad with individually-tailored nutritional support to complement their lifestyle, training and game preparation.

Senior Sponsorship and PR Manager for Maximuscle, Mark Morgan, is confident that Maximuscle can help Munster reach their goals this season. He said: “Munster is a club with a rich and successful history, their rugby credentials speak for themselves so it is a very exciting partnership for Maximuscle."

"Rugby is an incredibly physical game but I am confident that our products and nutritional expertise can help to give the Munster players an edge over their opposition. Our continuing goal is to increase awareness in Ireland and we hope this partnership is another step towards this.”

Discussing the new partnership with Maximuscle, Bryce Cavanagh, Head of Fitness at Munster said: “Maximuscle has a fantastic reputation within our sport. Munster Rugby is always striving to be the best in every facet of our game and that is why we are delighted to have Maximuscle as our sports nutrition partner.”

Maximuscle is now the choice of over 1,000 elite athletes and professional sports teams including the Rugby Football Union, the England and Wales Cricket Board, the Welsh Rugby Union, London Wasps and Northampton Saints, as well as individuals such as Chris Robshaw, Courtney Lawes, Amir Khan, Stuart Broad, and Olympic Gold medallist Greg Rutherford.
