Please note Stand and Terrace tickets are available to buy for this game from 30 euro. Tickets will be available to buy on Saturday and the morning of the game on Sunday.
Heineken Cup Round 2: Munster v Edinburgh, Thomond Park, Sunday October 21st ko 12.45.
Gates open at 10.45am.
Tickets
Tickets are currently on sale for this game from €;30 and will be on sale on match-day from 9am from the East Stand mobile ticket unit by Hassett's Cross.
There will be an East Stand ticket collection point next to the mobile ticket unit for all General ticket collections.
The West Stand ticket booth will also be open for sales on match day from 10.45am. Supporters Club ticket collections will take place from the West Stand ticket booth.
Due to a return of tickets we now a limited number of Junior tickets available on public sale. Tickets are priced as follows and will be available on a first come first served basis:
Cat B Junior Stand – €;15
Terrace Junior – €;10
Supporters are advised to arrive early for ticket collections in order to avoid lengthy queues in the run-up to kickoff.
Travel
Road-work Update for the N20 Cork-Limerick road: Road-works will not take place on Sunday and there are no traffic stoppages planned. However, the climbing lane approaching Rathduff from the Cork City side will be closed, and a speed limit of 60kmph will remain in place so motorists may experience delays.
Please try to arrive early and allow sufficient time for your journey.
The Park and Ride facility will be in operation from the following locations:
Kilmurry Lodge Hotel starting from 11am
Radisson Hotel, Ennis Road starting from 11.30am
South Court Hotel Raheen starting from 10.30am
Woodlands Hotel Adare starting at 10.45am
There is a public bus service operating directly from Limerick City centre to Thomond Park Stadium starting from 10.45am, picking up outside the Dunnes Stores on Henry Street, with a return service following the game.
There is no parking in the vicinity of Thomond Park Stadium but parking is available at all city centre car parks.
Pre-Match
The Dug-Out bar is open from 10.30am with an outdoor fan zone, breakfast, pizzas, music and more.
There are numerous bars and catering facilities in Thomond Park and all open at 10.45am.
On the pitch entertainment starts at 11.45am with a pre-match Q&A with a Munster player, performances from Limerick baritone Nyle Wolfe and the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir and Arcana drummers.
Match programmes will be on sale from booths inside and outside the stadium for €;5.
The Thomond Park Stadium Museum will be open on match-day from 10am to midday with admission only €;3.
The Munster Rugby Store in the East Stand will be open from 10am and the mobile shop outside the West Stand will open from 10.45am.

Stadium Information
No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.
Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.
There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
