Coughlan Gets National Call Up.

James Coughlan is one of eight Munster players called into the national camp for training in preparation for the RBS Six Nations clash with Scotland at the weekend.

The Munster number eight will join colleagues Ronan O'Gara, Keith Earls, Conor Murray, Dave Kilcoyne, Donnacha Ryan, Donncha O'Callaghanand Peter O'Mahony in Carton House tomorrow evening.

And while it's good news for the Corkman who has been a model of consistency the past two seasons he will be missed if he's ruled out of Munster's trip to Italy for the game against Treviso on Sunday.

Following defeat in Parc Y Scarlets Munster are now in sixth place of six sides chasing the four play off places. However, as things stand they're ten points off second placed Glasgow where they have yet to go, so unless they can fashion a dramatic League end game it could be a case of any place will do.
