Squad Update
25th March 2013 By Munster Rugby
Sean Dougall was the only one to raise injury concern following Munster’s 22-0 win against Connacht in Musgrave Park on Saturday night.
Dougall left the Cork venue on crutches after picking up a knock to the knee in the 60th minute of play and will undergo a scan later today after which the injury will be further assessed.
Paul O'Connell came through the full 80 against Connacht unscathed and found the experience an enjoyable one. "I feel great, I feel really good actually. It was incredibly important for me to get the full 80 and it was great to get through it. I will be fine by Harlequins, I know that myself, so there is no fear and it's just a matter of getting sharper now."
Luke O'Dea who factured a bone in his hand during the Munster A v Leinster A game currently has it in plaster and will know more tomorrow following further examination. Keith Earls (shoulder) and Simon Zebo (foot) who both picked up injuries during Ireland's 6 Nations campaign continue to be ruled out of action.
Good news for Dave O'Callaghan (knee) as he is expected to return to training this week.
