O’Donoghue, McCarthy And Sweetnam To Start

The Irish U20s side to face Fiji in the JWC has been announced and includes Darren Sweetnam, Sean McCarthy and debutante Jack O’Donoghue in the starting XV.
The Ireland U20s play Fiji in the second round of pool B games in the IRB Junior World Championship on Sunday at 6.45pm at the Stade de la Rabine.
Head Coach Mike Ruddock has made a number of changes to the side that recorded a fantastic opening win against Australia.
Darren Sweetnam is named in his first JWC representation starting on the wing and Sean McCarthy starts in the second row after coming off the bench against Australia.
Waterford man Jack O'Donoghue takes the place of Ryan Murphy at number 8, in his first Ireland U20s inclusion. Rory Scannell moves to the bench with Darragh Leader taking his place at fullback.
The game will be televised on TG4 with a 5.45pm Irish kick-off.
