Scrum Session At Ballincollig RFC

Finny O’Regan and Ultan O’Callaghan from the Munster Rugby Development Department recently hosted a scrum coaching session at Ballincollig RFC.

Coaches from Ballincollig’s youths, mens and women's sides took part where they were upskilled on key modules including individual functions in the scrum, working as a pack and communication.

This preceded a great start to the Ballincollig women’s season which saw them overcome Shannon in their first AIL Division 2 fixture 17-5 at Tanner Park last Saturday.

Ballincollig men’s side will kick off their Munster Junior League Division 3 on Sunday, 13th October where they will host Fermoy RFC.
