Coaching Workshop At Rockwell College

Munster Rugby hosted a coaching workshop yesterday at Rockwell College with the McCarthy Cup squad on hand to assist with practical modules.

Munster Coach Development Officers Ken O’Connell and Brendan O’Connor focused on the breakdown element of play incorporating the technical aspects of ball carrying and the cleanout of the ruck.

Five Rockwell coaches were in attendance representing first year to senior cup squads as they prepare for their respective school cup competitions.
