Squad Update

It’s positive news on the injury front this week with no injury concerns to report following Saturday’s Heineken Cup victory against Gloucester.
Both Conor Murray (knee) and Simon Zebo (foot) are showing no-ill effects after their return to action from respective injuries over the weekend.
The Munster A game v Nottingham produced one casualty on Friday night in St. Mary’s RFC with Ivan Dineen sustaining a bad ankle sprain and he is ruled out of action for the next few weeks.
Andrew Conway, who was a late withdrawal from the Munster A side due to a tight groin, returns to training this week, while Donnacha Ryan (knee) and Sean Dougall (ankle) are both progressing well with their rehab and are expected to take part in limited training this week.
Mike Sherry, who is currently side-lined with a cruciate knee injury, underwent surgery on his shoulder today in getting some repair work completed and Luke O’Dea (thumb) has had his cast removed, and medics will know more in the next few days with regards his progress.
Cathal Sheridan and Niall Ronan (both knee) continue with their rehabilitation.
