5 Munster Players In Opening 6 Nations Squad

Five Munster players have been named in the 34-man Ireland squad for the opening two games of the 2014 6 Nations.

Ireland captain Paul O’Connell, Munster captain Peter O’Mahony, Conor Murray, Tommy O’Donnell and Felix Jones have been selected in the squad for the games against Scotland and Wales at the Aviva Stadium.

O’Donnell and Jones are included after impressive performances for Ireland Wolfhounds in the narrow win over England Saxons at the weekend.

Ireland kick-off their 6 Nations campaign at home against Scotland on Sunday at 3pm.
