Munster Team Up With Deep RiverRock

Deep RiverRock water has announced a four-year deal as the Official Hydration Partner to Munster Rugby.

At the launch in Thomond Park, which was attended by Munster Rugby players CJ Stander, Paddy Butler and Gerhard van den Heever, it was confirmed that Deep RiverRock will be the official water and hydration partner to the Munster team until the end of the 2016/ 2017 rugby season.

It was also announced that Coca-Cola HBC Ireland will be the Official Soft Drink partner to Thomond Park stadium reinforcing its commitment to Munster Rugby over the next three years.

Speaking at the announcement, Brand Manager for Deep RiverRock water Orla McKenna said: “Deep RiverRock is proud to be the official hydration partner of Munster Rugby, and we are looking forward to some great successes in the coming seasons. Supporting and hydrating the players and management are hugely important to us, and we hope our partnership will help strengthen their performance in this year’s and future league and cup campaigns”.

Deep RiverRock’s partnership with Munster Rugby reinforces its position as a local water and builds on the brand’s status as Official Partner of the Munster, Leinster, Ulster and Connacht Rugby teams; the Dublin hurling and Gaelic football teams; and title sponsor of the Belfast City Marathon.

Also speaking at the announcement, Munster Rugby Commercial and Marketing Manager Enda Lynch said: “We are delighted to have Deep RiverRock join Munster Rugby. This long term commitment demonstrates both parties belief that we can achieve much together.

"Deep RiverRock’s experience in providing support for leading athletes is well known and we are keen to support their future plans.”
