Getting To Know Johnny Holland
4th March 2014 By Munster Rugby
It’s been a real breakthrough season for second year Greencore Munster academy player Johnny Holland.
Prior to this campaign, the out-half had started just one game for Munster A but this season the Cork Con man has played an integral part in the side’s progression to the quarter-finals of the B&I Cup.
The 22-year-old’s impressive performances for the A side led to a first senior appearance away to Cardiff in the PRO12 back in November.
Holland is likely to be involved when Munster A host Connacht Eagles in Dooradoyle this Friday at 3pm in their final warm-up game before the trip to Donnybrook to face Leinster A in the crucial B&I Cup clash so it’s a good time to find out a little bit more about the promising out-half.
