Keith Earls scored the first try on his return from injury after great work by JJ Hanrahan with James Downey scoring his second try in two games in the second half.

Hanrahan converted both tries with the sole Treviso score coming from a second-minute Mat Berquist penalty.

The win moves Munster back above Ulster into second place in the PRO12 ahead of next Saturday's crucial clash against Leinster at the Aviva Stadium.
