Both Munster squads trained in UL today ahead of a huge weekend in the Heineken and B&I Cups.

Toulouse are the visitors to Thomond Park on Saturday in a titanic clash for a place in the last four of the Heineken Cup (ko 1:30pm).
Munster A travel to Donnybrook to take on Leinster A in the quarter-final of the B&I Cup on Friday night (ko 7pm).
On the injury front, Munster captain Peter O'Mahony trained with the side today after missing the Leinster game on Saturday with a hamstring twinge.
Damien Varley sat out today's training session but will return later in the week after a previous foot injury flared up on Saturday night.
Keith Earls also sat out as his workload is managed after his heavy involvement against Leinster at the weekend.
