In Pics: Munster Train In UL
16th September 2014 By Munster Rugby
See pictures of the Munster squad and management as they gathered for training in UL yesterday, in preparation for Friday night’s Guinness PRO12 fixture at home to Zebre in Thomond Park.
Still chasing his first competitive win on home soil as Head Coach, Anthony Foley met with media following training yesterday and looked ahead to the Round 3 encounter.
“Zebre are a very tough side. Against Ulster at the weekend, things could have been a lot closer, certainly in the first half and they’ll be a threat. With the physicality they bring we cannot afford to take our eyes off of them.
“Hopefully now we can build on the momentum of Treviso last weekend and take that forward. It’s also good that with the last group of international players about to return, as well as some guys coming back from injury, competition for places is at an all-time high and that gets the best out of players.”
