Munster A returned to winning ways in the British & Irish Cup over the long weekend, defeating Nottingham 12-23 at Meadow Lane on Friday night. See the action shots here.

Munster A captain Jack O’Donoghue led by example in scoring two tries for the province, one in each half, while Johnny Holland impressed on his return from a shoulder injury by adding two conversions and three penalties.

With three wins from two, Friday night’s result sees Munster A lie second, one place behind Worcester Warriors, in Pool 3 of the competition.

Munster A return to B&I Cup action when they welcome Nottingham to Temple Hill on Saturday November 29^th – KO 3pm.
