In Pics: Munster Prepare For Dragons
18th November 2014 By Munster Rugby
Munster travel to Rodney Parade on Friday night for the Guinness PRO12 round 8 clash with Newport Gwent Dragons at 7.30pm.
Following a two-week break from action Munster return to Wales after their round 7 victory against Cardiff Blues while Dragons continued playing with two LV= Cup ties against Harlequins and Ospreys respectively.
Assistant Coach Brian Walsh and Paddy Butler are both aware of the challenge ahead in looking to secure points from the round 8 encounter.
Walsh said, "This Friday is the start of our next block of games and it's our first game back after a two weekend break. We need to be extremely focused this week and we need to make sure we cut out the mistakes we had in Cardiff. We won't get away with anything this weekend."
Paddy Butler added "We need to be ready for a tough, physical battle in Rodney Parade. There's always a good atmosphere there with the crowd in on top of you, and these are the games you want to play in as it's always a big test."
