Latest Video & Pics: Munster V Clermont

See the action shots as Munster secured a losing bonus point in the final kick of the game against Clermont Auvergne to keep their chances of quarter-final qualification alive in the European Champions Cup.

That never-say-die attitude for which the province is famed came to the fore once again yesterday as an intercept try from Duncan Casey coupled with an Ian Keatley penalty in the final four minutes secured – what seemed beyond reach at that stage – a crucial losing bonus point.

With an away trip to Saracens and home tie with Sale Sharks to come in January, Munster now lie in third in Pool 1 on 10 points.

Speaking after the game yesterday, captain Peter O’Mahony acknowledged the determination of his side yesterday and looked ahead to the remaining pool stages.

"In the first half today we put ourselves under pressure with some poor kick chase and leaving them off with some quick lineouts, but I'm very proud of the boys for digging out the losing bonus point."

"We have two huge games in the New Year and all we can do is fight for our lives."

"We ran into a very good side who are playing very well."

"We grabbed a point today. We had two good wins before these two so we put ourselves in a position where we can make it out of this group."
